Description
MD Melt Pressure Transducers – DP404 with CAN OPEN Digital Output
- Provides digital output using the DP404 CAN OPEN communication protocol
- Transmission frequency (Baud rate) ranges from 10 Kbaud to 1 Mbaud (default 500 Kbaud)
- Baud rate and ID node selection configurable via software or hardware
- Supports operation with one or two adjustable alarm limits
- "Autozero" function compensates for temperature effects
- Automatic zero and span drift correction
- 80% FSO calibration signal included
- Pressure ranges: 0–35 to 0–2000 bar / 0–500 to 0–30,000 psi
- Extensimetric measurement principle with Wheatstone bridge jumper
- Accuracy: < ±0.25% FSO (High), < ±0.5% FSO (Medium)
- Hydraulic transmission system ensures stable performance across temperature changes
- Protection rating: IP65
- Standard threads: ½–20 UNF, M18x1.5; custom threads available on request
- 15-5 PH stainless steel diaphragm with Armoloy coating
- For ranges below 100 bar / 1500 psi: 17-7 PH corrugated stainless steel diaphragm with TiN coating
- Other diaphragm types available on request
