Description

GTT Power Solid State Relays with Analog Control

The GTT series of solid-state relays is designed for highly accurate load control using analog input signals (0–10 V, 0–20 mA, or 4–20 mA) or a potentiometer (1 kΩ to 10 kΩ).
Its electronic design automatically optimizes the cycle time for power proportioning, ensuring the minimum number of cycles required to maintain precise control.
This provides a fast and accurate control loop, making the GTT ideal for use with controllers or PLCs with analog outputs.
In three-phase systems, a master-slave architecture can be implemented, where one GTT (master) receives the control signal and supplies synchronized signals to the slave units.
Optional load interruption monitoring (HB function) is available, accepting a 500 mA AC input from a current transformer. Trip points are adjustable via trimpots, with LED indicators and a normally open, voltage-free relay output.
The GTT features a green LED for 24 Vac power supply presence and a red LED indicating the switching state based on the input signal: off at zero power, fully on at maximum, and flashing at intermediate values.
Optional accessories include panel mounting kits, fuses, fuse holders, current transformers, and voltage transformers for complete system integration.
