GFXTERMO4 is a multi-loop control system that manages four process loops completely independently. Configuration of I/O resources is rapid and flexible thanks to a guided programming tool for parameter selection.
Each control loop includes:
- Process input
- Input for external CTs or CT/linear input
- Control output
- Cooling output
Additional auxiliary I/Os include:
- Two digital inputs
- Two relay outputs
The device features two independent serial ports for efficient communication:
- Local bus: Creates a GFXTERMO4 network and connects to an operator panel or industrial PC. Uses Modbus RTU protocol with speeds up to 115 Kbps.
- Field bus: Integrates with existing industrial fieldbus architectures, including Profibus DP, CANopen, DeviceNet, Modbus RTU, and Ethernet Modbus TCP.
On-board intelligence allows fully independent and reliable control. Installation can be on a DIN rail or secured with two M4 screws.
