MX4 Flange Stem Mount Melt Pressure Transmitters – Designed for Potentially Explosive Environments
- Pressure ratings from 0–25 to 0–2000 bar / 0–360 to 0–30,000 psi
- Extensimetric measurement based on Wheatstone bridge principle
- Precision: < ±0.25% FSO (High), < ±0.5% FSO (Medium)
- Internally generated 80% FSO calibration signal
- Fully compatible and interchangeable with existing MX4 series units
- Ingress protection: IP65 with 6-pin connector
- Flange mount design for secure installation
- 15-5 PH stainless steel diaphragm with Armoloy coating
- For ranges below 100 bar / 1500 psi: 17-7 PH corrugated stainless steel diaphragm coated with TiN (Titanium Nitride)
- Additional diaphragm types available on request (MX4 / MX4t)
